What is Empowered to Achieve

Empowered to Achieve is a dynamic, family-focused programme designed to support BAME families in becoming more actively involved in their children’s learning and development, while also strengthening their own skills and confidence.

We believe that when families learn together, they thrive together. Through a fun, practical and personalised approach, the programme helps parents and children build character, set goals, and develop the tools they need to achieve success both in and beyond the classroom.

What’s Involved?

Character Strengths Discovery
Take part in a character strengths survey and uncover the qualities that make you unique. Learn how to use your strengths to unlock your full potential.

Personal Development Plan
Each family member receives a tailored plan that sets out personal goals, action steps, and the support they need to succeed in school, work and life.

The Skillset Challenge (PERLS Framework)
Build and track your skills in 5 key areas:

Personal
Employability
Resilience
Learning
Social

Expanded Learning Opportunities
Children can benefit from after-school, weekend, and holiday programmes that reinforce learning, improve focus, and support social development.

Mentoring & Motivation
Friendly mentors are on hand to guide, support, and keep families motivated throughout their learning journey.
